International Shipping:
If you are interested in having an item shipped internationally, please email me for a quote. Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.

Return policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly take the item back for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packaging and warranty information included. The original box also must be unmarked and undamaged. Once the original item is returned, we will refund the amount you originally paid for items (minus shipping cost). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Even though we offer free shipping on some of our items, the shipping expenses that Tick-a-Too has incurred are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, we pay for all shipping costs related to that item. If a package is canceled or refused after it has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to the intended destination and return to the warehouse. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer that result in charges to Tick-a-Too will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged shipment please email us within 5 days after delivery so that we can place a claim with the shipping company. Replacement parts will be shipped free of charge.

Gift shipping: If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us we will bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
Personalized items are not returnable. If it arrives damaged or has defects it will be replaced.
Slings and Carriers: You may try on your sling. If it does not fit, you may return it. A refund will be given minus actual shipping costs incurred.
