I’ve decided to get healthy and lose weight for Christmas.
My baby is almost 4 and I haven’t lost any weight yet(I’ve actually gained weight after I had her)
Each week. I’ll do an update on my progress to hopefully motivate myself.
I started using an infrared sauna about a week ago. I feel great! I have lots of energy and can think more clearly.
I started exercising yesterday. My plan is to walk/run 6 miles a day.
I started drinking green tea instead of coffee.
I am eating oatmeal every morning.
I am drinking raw honey/cinnamon tea (tastes good, I get lots of energy, and I don’t crave anything sweet)
I am taking my vitamins every day (multi vitamin, folic acid, vitamin D, Fish Oil)
I also want to do a detox/cleanse. (
Toxin Out and Colonix) I’ve tried these before and loved it.
I am drinking lots and lots of water.
I eat about 2,000 calories a day.
So far I lost. 1 lb. I am 116 lbs. My Goal is to lose 5 pounds a month.
For every 3,500 calories burned a pound will be lost. So, I need to burn an EXTRA 17,500 calories per month to lose 5 pounds.
